Transform your Noise into Music.
Make Peace with Yourself.

Are you feeling overwhelmed?

Do you have difficulties to manage stress and keeping up with your performance?

I partner with you to improve your overall well-being, clarity and performance.

Well-being is an optimal state of mind that allows you to:

- be more engaged in your life

- manage your stress levels

- have more energy in whatever you do

- create changes you would like to do

Everything we perform in our lives is an act of performance and managing your energy is the key to sustainable well-being and high performance.

Managing your energy consists of learning to manage stress, setting healthy boundaries, understanding how emotions; beliefs and excess of thoughts are influencing the way you show up in different aspects of your well-being: spiritual, emotional, physical, social and mental aspects. In this process, we need to have a more whole vision about ourselves and establish new healthy habits.

Stress in itself is not our enemy. It is our mindset and the lack of recovery.

The best measure of productivity is not the amount of hours you place in something, it is how much focused energy you bring to whatever you are doing.

We live in a world that celebrates work and activity, ignores renewal and recovery, and fails to recognize that both are necessary for sustained high performance.

The noise can be holding you back from your best performance and well-being.

What is the noise?

Noise is everything that turn you away from your truth and your potential.

It is when you overthink too much and can't relax.

Noise distracts you, makes you confused; disconnected from yourself.

It drains your energy and ends up driving you away from the life you'd really love to have.

How do you know if you're being disturbed by all that internal noise?

You know it, when you present some of the thoughts below:

  • I'm feeling overwhelmed and can't focus the way I used to.

  • I can't find meaning in my current life. I am wondering what is my purpose.

  • It's hard to reconcile and do everything I have to do.

  • It's hard to say no; I feel guilty on several occasions.

  • I can't stop thinking and I don't sleep well anymore! My head never stops.

  • The excess of thoughts and analysis is letting me stuck . I don't feel  productive anymore.

  • I'm afraid of change. I feel many times stuck.

  • I don't feel as motivated as before.

  • I'm confused in which direction to go.

  • I feel more anxiety than usual.

  • I feel frustrated.

 Mulher nova que contempla
If you identify with some of these thoughts,
I invite you to make peace with yourself!

"We spend a lot of time looking for happiness when the world right around us is full of wonder. To be alive and walk on the Earth is a miracle, and yet most of us are running as if there were some better place to get to. There is beauty calling to us every day, every hour, but we are rarely in a position to listen.

The basic condition for us to be able to hear the call of beauty and respond to it is silence. If we don’t have silence in ourselves - if our mind, our body, are full of noise - then we can’t hear beauty’s call."

- Thich Nhat Hanh
