Managing your energy consists of learning to manage stress, setting healthy boundaries, understanding how emotions; beliefs and excess of thoughts are influencing the way you show up in different aspects of your well-being: spiritual, emotional, physical, social and mental aspects. In this process, we need to have a more whole vision about ourselves and establish new healthy habits.
Stress in itself is not our enemy. It is our mindset and the lack of recovery.
The best measure of productivity is not the amount of hours you place in something, it is how much focused energy you bring to whatever you are doing.
We live in a world that celebrates work and activity, ignores renewal and recovery, and fails to recognize that both are necessary for sustained high performance.
The noise can be holding you back from your best performance and well-being.
What is the noise?
Noise is everything that turn you away from your truth and your potential.
It is when you overthink too much and can't relax.
Noise distracts you, makes you confused; disconnected from yourself.
It drains your energy and ends up driving you away from the life you'd really love to have.
How do you know if you're being disturbed by all that internal noise?

I'm feeling overwhelmed and can't focus the way I used to.
